Officer Brian D. - Chicago, IL
Model:
GW1200BA-1AV

I have been a loyal G-Shock man since I stumbled upon your product when I lived in Japan years ago. I wore my G-Shocks in combat as a Marine as well on the mean streets of Chicago as a police officer. I love your watches and promote their durability and kick ass good looks. However, I've run into a problem of which a solution seems harder to come by than a dealer that still carriers your product; I made the mistake of wearing my nice watch to work instead of my work watch. I was involved in an altercation and caught a cocktail glass in the wrist sporting my GW1200BA-1AV. Needless to say, the glass shattered, sending shards everywhere, and it also took a piece of the watch with it. The watch probably saved me from serious injury, aside from a couple of small cuts, but to have it defaced was disheartening to say the least. The piece that sits opposite of the light button flew out and was gone. How can I go about getting my watch repaired? And if you could point me in the right direction of a dealer here in Chicago I'd really appreiciate it. Keep up the good work and remember, you can never have too many watches.
